Nandi , sometimes along with a lion .  The Ardhanarishvara is a composite androgynous form of the hindu dieties 

Aradanareshwara is a combination of three word "Ardha" , " Nari " ,"Ishwara " means half , women and lord , respectively   

It is belived that the God is Lord Shiva and the women part in his cosort Goddess Parvati or Shakti .
